The Cottage is a delightful 4 bedroomed granite cottage with spacious bedrooms, all on the ground floor and a separate W.C.
There is a main ensuite bedroom with king size bed, a double bedroom with shower and hand basin, a double bedroom and twin bedroom with single beds. Pine wooden stairs lead upstairs to the light and spacious living area to make use of the views.
There is a comfortable living area with seating for 8 people, a fireplace , satelliteTV and leading off the sitting area is a balcony. The balcony gives lovely views over fields woodlands and distant views of Hayle Towan beaches. This is a popular spot for our guests to enjoy breakfast on the balcony or a glass of wine at sundown.
Upstairs there is also a new well fitted kitchen with dishwasher microwave fridge freezer hob and double oven and washing machine and spacious dining room. There is also a separate shower room and a bathroom with bath, basin and w.c.

The small garden is safe for children and dogs with a seating area for 8 people to include sun loungers and parasol.
Outside the property there is ample parking easy access to The Cottage in a quiet safe location.
Only minutes from Carbis Bay beach St.Ives and its sandy beaches
2 minute walk to Una spa resort with swimming pool restaurant and outside lido open to guests
