„We stopped in St. Ives in 2023 and decided we needed to return and stay long enough to get a real taste for the town and its people. We wanted to be in the "Downalong" area, because of its proximity to the harbour. Orange Roofs' 45 Back Road West popped up in a search and it turned out to be perfect for the two of us, having a king bed room upstairs with bathroom, and a queen bed room downstairs with its own bathroom. „Everything was great!“

„We had a fantastic week at Star Gazy. The cottage was spacious, light, bright, clean and so well equipped! Location is in a really quiet street but still only a 2 minute walk to Porthmeor beach. We loved wandering down at night and watching the sunset. Outside tap so useful for washing wetsuits. Car park a bonus. We would definitely return. “

„Diese kleine Ferienwohnung war genau richtig für uns weil wir etwas Abgeschiedenheit mögen. Vom Eigentümer, der nebenan wohnt, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet , die Sitzecke gemütlich und die Schlafzimmer ausreichend komfortabel. Nur das Bad war vielleicht etwas klein. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!“

„Property is on quite a busy road i would not say very subtible for children. St Ives is a short distance away but car essential. The bathroom is very small and could do with an update there is an office on the top floor this would be better used as another bathroom. Lovely garden.“
