The screened-in private deck with comfortable seating is the perfect place to enjoy unobstructed sunsets over the Bay. The first floor’s hallway offers a coffee bar with mini fridge and a full laundry area. The SW king bedroom with flat screen TV offers amazing Gulf views, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and private deck access. Lots of comfortable seating and beach-friendly tile floors, and large glass doors provide loads of natural light and stunning views of the Bay from the screened porch. The large, screened-in, covered deck is perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining and offers comfortable seating for taking in sunsets and coastal breezes. Back inside, the fabulous dining table with upholstered chairs seats 10, and kitchen counters seat 6, providing lots of room for your crew at mealtime. A highchair and a children’s dining table are provided for the little ones in your crew. The large kitchen features fabulous stainless Kitchen-Aid appliances including a standalone ice machine as well as a separate beverage cooler for all your extra beach drinks. Large Corian counters provide lots of meal preparation space, and the chef in your crew will appreciate being able to visit with guests and take in coastal views of the Apalachicola Bay and Gulf while preparing beachside feasts!

A second sitting area with views of the Gulf and access to the upper level balcony creates lots of space for your crew to spread out and enjoy their vacation, complete with a wet bar and sleeper sofa.
