Indoor Comfort:



The Betula is ideal for hosting up to 9 people:

-3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 bunk bed, and 3 single beds)

-1 double mattress in the mezzanine space

-Fully equipped modern kitchen

-Living room area with a smart TV

-Heated floors

-Internet access

-Board games, children's playpen, high chair, and safety gate



Outdoor Comfort:

-Spacious terrace equipped with a BBQ (from May to October)

-Spacious grounds bordered by the forest and hiking trails

-Breathtaking panoramic view of the lake

-Access to the lake and the beach (swimming in shallow and warm waters)

-Outdoor fireplace

Take advantage of your visit to also discover local products by visiting microbreweries like La Chouape and cheese factories in the region like Fromagerie Perron. Enjoy your stay by discovering the Véloroute des Bleuets!

Make a stop at Artisans Bouchard Bio (cheese factory and farm), the Mashteuiatsh Amerindian Museum, or even the Roberval Ice Village.



Please note some restrictions for booking:

-Minimum age of 28

-A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during special periods, such as holidays and long weekends

-Pets are unfortunately not allowed



Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.
