This oceanfront retreat provides the perfect getaway, allowing you to relax and unwind mere steps from the beach and an assortment of wonderful community amenities. Spend your days at the beach, soaking up the sun and playing in the clear water, or take a short drive into town and immerse yourself in the fantastic culture of St. Augustine. The Coquina Condominium is a family-oriented 42 unit beachside complex. Enjoy sunrises from your condo overlooking the ocean and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from our sundeck. There are gas grills on the sundeck, tennis courts, shuffle board and a basketball court. We also have an area with water for cleaning fresh-caught fish.
Our beautifully manicured courtyard with mature hibiscus leads out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches. Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

You'll have excellent access to Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and all of the public beach access points in the area. Drive just 13 miles north to the center of downtown St. Augustine, where you can tour a wealth of historic sites and sample the region's amazing food scene. Only two miles away, explore the historic and beautiful grounds of Fort Matanzas National Monument, home to a mid-18th century Spanish fort.
