„Clean, well maintained house close to the beach. Owner was very responsive to the A/C not running and it was fixed within a couple hours! Well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. „The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. We left to eat and an AC tech called to let us know he was there as we ...

„The house is open, airy, comfortable and worked out well for our stay. We loved veing so close to the historic old town area and spent two days there exploring all the museums, shops and historic spots. This house is so cute from the outside, but opens up to a house that looks and feels huge. Thank you for a great stay!“

„The beach house was excellent, spacious and well maintained. My family had a wonderful stay here and made great memories. Everything was clean upon arrival.
