The Space:
This is a recently updated 1/1 apartment in downtown StA. It located on a quiet street so you can rest and relax, but only a 5 minute walk to the City Gates at the beginning of the world famous St. George Street! It is also only a 5 minute walk to Francis Field where they hold various events year round.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself and you will receive a four digit door code to access the unit. You will receive a message two weeks prior to arrival with all of the information you will need to check in and get settled into the unit.
The Neighborhood:
It is one of the oldest neighborhoods in StA. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood that you will love walking around and exploring.
Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to get around. There is one parking space available.
Other Things to Note:
We welcome your pets/fur babies! However, please note there is a one time fee of $100 to ensure the unit is spotless before you arrive and after your stay for the next guests.
We provide a Keurig Coffee maker that has both a carafe and the common single cup option. We provide Gevalia coffee grounds for the drip side of the coffee maker and a stainless steel reusable K-cup in case you just want a single cup. If you have a preferred coffee type or flavor then we recommend you bring your favorite K-cup or just visit one of the many coffee shops just one block away.
The bed is a king size for your comfort.
As for the WiFi, it is 1 Gigabyte speed (fastest available) and you can connect by tapping your phone on the block of wood with a WiFi signal on the front. If that doesn’t work then there is a QR code on the back that will connect you and if all else fails then you can find the user name and password on the back of the same block. Tapping your phone on the block is newer technology that is new to a lot of people.
Interaction with Guests:
You will receive a 4 digit code to check into the unit. If you have any problems (rarely is there an issue) you can send a message through the app or send a text to my phone and we will quickly solve any issue.
