Captain's Oasis: Heated Pool, Putting Green, Ocean Views, Walk to the Beach!

Welcome to Captain's Oasis, the perfect vacation home for a relaxing and comfortable stay in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida. This stunning property features five bedrooms and four bathrooms. With breathtaking ocean views, game room, private pool, and a private putting green in the backyard, Captain's Oasis is the perfect spot for your next family vacation, romantic getaway, or weekend retreat with friends.

With four bathrooms, there's never a line for the shower, and you'll have all the space you need to get ready for a day of exploring or a night out on the town. Please note: the first floor bathroom and bedroom are accessed via the garage (game room) area with the ping pong table. There is also a door that exits to the pool from there.

The spacious living area is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Sink into the comfortable couches and chairs and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook, dine, and entertain together.

Step outside and take in the breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy a private heated pool and a putting green in the backyard of this amazing home. With plenty of seating, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal, sip a cocktail, or simply bask in the Florida sunshine. This vacation home also includes a game room with a ping-pong table!

The pool heater thermostat is set to a temperature between 78 and 85 degrees F, depending on the time of the year. If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated. Our pool technician comes on Tuesdays to check the chemicals and Fridays to clean. Our lawn/landscape professional comes on Wednesdays. These dates are subject to change based on weather or other factors, but in general that is when they are scheduled.

Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house.

Per St Johns County regulations, only ten people are allowed per rental, not counting children 12-years-old or younger. That means this property is allowed up to 10 adults and the rest of the guests must be 12 and under.

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
