  • Lust auf ein bisschen Florida? Sie finden es in dieser schönen Suite Plus auf der 3. Etage mit Balkon. Kürzlich komplett renoviert, ist dieses Gerät perfekt für die ganze Familie. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd und Backofen, Mikrowelle und großem Kühlschrank. Der großartige Meerblick spitzt sich durch die Glasschiebetür im Wohnzimmer. Auf dem Balkon stehen bequeme Liegestühle und ein Tisch, der gerade groß genug ist, um eine Mahlzeit am Meer zu genießen. Die zwei Doppelklappbetten im Wohnzimmer wurden kürzlich hinzugefügt; Sie sind der perfekte Ort, um den großen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher zu genießen. Das Badezimmer ist herrlich mit einer neuen Badewanne und einem Haltegriff. Das private Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Die Fliesen sind durchgehend fröhlich und leicht sauber zu halten. Deckenventilatoren im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer halten das Gerät luftig. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt

St Augustine Getaway Weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all that we needed and the view is worth a million dollars. It is close to downtown St Augustine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great home base for a fun extended weekend

Beacher’s was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the area over the weekend. We were able to enjoy Dayton Beach, the Daytona race weekend, St. Augustine, and Blue Springs State Park (manatee viewing). Would highly recommend.

Great Condo

This condo was just perfect for the two us. The mattress was very comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. We loved the convenience to the beach. We would stay here again if we are in St Augustine.

Great Location for a Small Family

This rental was a great fit for our small family of 4 (5y/o & 1y/o). It was very clean and had all the essentials. The Murphy beds were a hit and a great way to have space during the day. The pool and boardwalk to the beach made our days outside much easier when hauling everything you need for a day out. About 20 minutes away from St Augustine if you need a water break. Would recommend & truly enjoyed!

Spring Break in St. Augustine

We had such a lovely stay! The unit is just like the photos, spotlessly clean with updated appliances. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The pool is spacious and well kept, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded (at least for March). The laundry facilities are clean and efficient. The suite is close to area attractions and restaurants and just 20-30 minutes to the Old City, even with bridge traffic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great for 2 people

Condo was great, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2. 1 bedroom with king and 2 fold down twins in living room. We didn't need the fold down beds, but it would have been crowded if we did. Nice view and condo was clean. Definitely would stay again.

The building was clean, the pool area and grilling area was nice- charcoal Webber grills. Had laundry, ice machine and vending machines, as well as Landry detergent and sunscreen at the front desk. Pet friendly. Room was nice (very spacious compared to a hotel room) and well equipped to cook in and eat in if you wanted. This is our new vacation stay while in Florida.

The bathroom smelled of urine the entire stay. The sliding door to the balcony was super hard to open and the handle actually broke off needing maintenance to come repair. There was sand in the bed sheets in the bedroom. No extra dish rags or paper towels on hand. The neighbors right across the hall were so loud and had a small dog that barked and howled a lot.

Not the best experience

Our main issue was that the air conditioner didn't keep up during our 2 night stay. It was set at 60 when we entered and maintained a temperature of what was probably 75-80. The unit on the balcony is also very loud. When I told the front desk, she said "ok?" . I felt this was a very unprofessional way to handle a guest who is voicing that they are uncomfortable during their stay. Also, we left something behind in the room and were unable to get in touch with the front desk or property manager after checking out which is very frustrating. (Once they got our money, the communication stopped). Beautiful view but that's all this place has offer!
