Half a mile from the Atlantic, Aqua Vista sits on the quiet island of Summer Haven - a laid-back stretch of Florida's Historic Coast just 20 minutes south of St. Augustine. This four-bedroom, three-bath home is built for groups and families who want space, ease, and the ocean close by. Sorry, no pets.
Living space
Inside, a comfortable living room with a flat-screen streaming TV and plenty of seating gives everyone room to settle in. The dining table accommodates the whole group, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and cookware - everything you need to cook and eat together without hassle.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across five beds. Three full bathrooms - each with a bathtub - keep mornings moving smoothly. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and an iron are all provided.
Outdoor & extras
A patio or balcony gives you a spot to take in the surroundings. Fire up the BBQ grill for dinner al fresco, and rinse off after a half-mile walk to the beach. A washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and keypad self check-in round out the practical side of the stay. Two driveway parking spaces are included at no charge.
Location
Summer Haven keeps things calm and unhurried, but day trips are easy - Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, and the Spanish Colonial streets of downtown St. Augustine are all within 30 minutes. The Matanzas Inlet is close by for fishing, and the surrounding coast has plenty of shell-hunting and sunrise walks to fill your mornings.

**Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
