5BR Group Friendly Home w/ Pool & Fire Pit

Bring the family(s) and stay in this spacious home to live like a true local! We are walking distance to Crescent Beach public access, & a short drive into the historical downtown St. Augustine.

This home provides 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool*, outdoor fire place & grill**, and a full size kitchen. Wi-Fi, a Smart TV*** in each room, a second living area downstairs that includes a classic Pac-Man machine, and all the sandcastle items the kiddos can dream of -- we`ve got everything you need!

No more than 13 guests allowed.

Full access.

All interactions will be done via the app. Hosts will not be on-site.

*The pool CAN be heated!! If you wish to have the pool heated, there will be an additional $125/day charge. Please let me know and I will send you a separate request for payment. While our pool can be heated, that heat is captured from the outdoor temperature. Because of this, if it is below 55 degrees outside, the pool will not be able to heat to the set temperature.

** Both the fire place and grill use propane gas.

*** Smart Tv`s in each room with apps like Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc. BYOL (Bring Your Own Login). You can also stream directly from your phone to the TV with certain apps. Make sure to log out before you leave!

These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner`s rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests.

1. We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind.

2. We do not allow smoking inside or outside of the premises. If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.

3. No pets are permitted to stay in the home in any circumstance.

4. Only the registered guests may stay within the home. If you need to add an additional guest, please reach out to us and we can accommodate.

5. No parties, events, drug use, smoking of any kind in the property. We ask you to be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood.

6. Quiet Hours are observed from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Kindly show consideration for your neighbors and other units.

7.Please place all used towels in the bathtub before checkout.

8. If you use the pool or hot tub, kindly pick up and put away any items you use.

9. To help keep the home clean, please be mindful of sand. Use the outdoor shower before entering the house to rinse off any sand from your feet, beach gear, or swimwear. This was installed specifically to keep sand from being tracked inside.
