The three-room apartment is located on the first floor of Residence La Baia, situated on the seafront right in front of the ancient tower of Casalabate.
The entrance features a staircase and a hallway shared with other units.
The spacious, air-conditioned living room features an open kitchen, a double sofa bed, a dining area, and a TV. From here, you can access both the full bathroom with shower and the large terrace with a sea view, furnished for relaxing in the cool air.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
The shower room has no windows but is equipped with an exhaust fan.

Residence La Baia is located on the Casalabate waterfront, within the municipality of Squinzano, directly across from the ancient watchtower.
Casalabate is a lively and well-served seaside town. The redevelopment of the waterfront has beautified it and transformed it into a pleasant destination, where your stay is further enhanced by various cultural and entertainment events.
The nearest beach with amenities is Sun Beach, just 600 m away.
