House Rules

Door code: Active from 4:00 PM (check-in day) to 10:00 AM (check-out day)

Early check-in (if available): $35

No parties or events. Violations will result in cancellation and $250 fee.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs on the property. $150 fee for odors or evidence.

Max 12 guests — no illegal activity or third-party bookings allowed.

$25 extra guest fee per person after 8. - Having unregistered guests stay or going over the limit will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

No RVs or oversized vehicles. $35/day for unauthorized parking.

Excessive mess: $100 cleaning fee
Lost garage remote: $45 replacement
Lost & Found: Return shipping is $35

Overstays: $200/night, subject to AR Act 238

Casa Maya is in a pet-loving community, so you may occasionally see and hear pets in the neighborhood — up to 2 pets are welcome per stay with a $125 fee. Must be house-trained and cleaned up after.

By booking, guests agree to be responsible for any damage or rule violations, and waive claims against the host or cleaners for accidents or issues related to the use of the house and its amenities.
