„This home is ideally located the airport and the University of Arkansas. The is in a quiet and nice neighborhood near restaurants and shopping centers. The home was very comfortable and homey. I felt it was “home away from home.” Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Fayetteville area. Will definitely look for it in the future as I return to the area.“

„We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make ...
