„We came up for a midweek Arkansas Razorback baseball game and needed a place that could accommodate our needs. The Groves Cottage just did that. A beautiful home in the historic district of Springdale that was both comfortable and very well maintained. Will definitely stay here again. “

„Took some searching to find everything in the kitchen but it was well equiped. The silverware drawer needs help as I almost dumped it on the floor. It would be helpful to know where the bath towels are stored. Although we did not use them, there are a good number of games for entertainment. “

„We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make ...

„The room was nice and clean, we appreciated being able to have our dog stay with us. The property is in a location that was fairly quiet, but still easy walkable to all of Eureka Springs interesting attractions. It was nice to have coffee on the swing on the back porch in the morning, the view is a little obstructed by the trees, but overall it was very pleasant. The swing could stand to be lowered a few inches for more comfort. T“
