The ground floor apartment directly overlooks the park and the swimming pool, for common use. It consists of a living room with sofa bed (single), a kitchenette (electric), two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds), two bathrooms with shower and hallway. From the living room, then, there is direct access to a small garden for exclusive use. It is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. For use of the apartment there is a shared swimming pool and a stone fireplace/barbecue located nearby, for common use. Each bedroom can be prepared with single or double beds.
Possibility of extra bed on request. The price includes wi-fi, consumption of water, gas and energy up to 80KW (the excess at a cost of € 0.40 kw).Bed linen and towels NOT included, can be provided with supplement (€25/person)
