„Andere Zimmer als abgebildet. Alles Dreckig und an einigen Stellen Schimmel. Toiletten Spülung ging nicht. Kein Klopapier und das Wasser nach dem Duschen brauchte ewig bis es abgelaufen war. Der Lichtschalter im Bad war defekt so dass das Licht immer an war. Die Stuhl war durch gesessen. Verranzte Decken zum zudecken. Kalkablagerungen im Bad und auch der Wasserkocher war voll davon. “

„Beautiful resort about a 20 minute walk to old town up a hill. Just enough time to wear off dinner. The rooms are clean, modern and a beautiful deck. The restaurant at the resort was also very good. Plus the mini bar is complimentary with wine, beer, sodas and treats which was a nice touch. “

„I had great time, but the hotel was overbooked so we stayed in totally diferent room i place near by but the common areas was pretty cool with several pools and a lot of Green areas. The staff was too confused and looked like they dont speak my language very well even if its in Bulgaria. The room had everything we needed just they can improve the cleaning in the bathroom“

„+The location and infrastructure is good, it has several pools and restaurants. -The appartement we booked (sea view) was not available, so we were placed in a basement room. It seems that this is common practice (flagship appartement when booking and then being placed wherever available). The room was kind of dirty (stains on the wall, on the drapes, mold in the bathroom), the furniture is old and cheap, f.e. toilet seat was broken, mattress old and uncomfortable, bedsheets that are not wide ...
