Als mein Mann mit dem Eigentümer telefonierte, der neben dem B&B wohnt und ihm erklärte, dass es uns nicht bewusst war, dass nur ein gemeinsames Badezimmer vorhanden war und wir um eine Rückerstattung gebeten haben, die man uns verneinte, waren wir auch sehr enttäuscht, dass der Eigentümer noch nicht einmal das persönliche Gespräch gesucht ...

„After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.“
