„Very disappointed with the poor quality of my stay. Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close ...

We traveled with our 2 dogs - as it was cold and snowy, I loved that this place had a secure, fenced-in yard where I didn't have to go outside with them on a leash. I was able to bring the dogs in the kitchen and guide them to the bathroom to dry their paws from the snow.The place was welcoming and eclectic in decorations - it gave the place a lot of personality. „There might be several reasons to stay at the Rack Shack. Ours was the location, not far from Fallingwater which we visited the following morning. Also, the modest price for an entire cabin was appreciated. Visiting from northern Maine we were right at home with the antlers and taxidermy. And if you look past the furry decor you'll see that the building is far from a shack....it's finished nicely, all buttoned up, clean and comfy. Quite secluded, with nice a outdoor area, along a dirt ...

„Beautiful cabin, clean and welcoming. All amenities worked as should. It was a cold winter night but the cabin stayed warm and fireplace worked as we sat to watch Penn State wrestling on the TV. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a gourmet meal as we listened to the record player. Wish we had more time to stay and relax longer. Would definitely recommend.“
