„We were in town to watch our son play baseball for SIUE. We have stayed at other homes and hotels, and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. It was so clean and charming( reminded me of the Milwaukee bungalow I grew up in). Great location and very reasonably priced for the amount of space. We will definitely book here again!“

„Visiting daughter at SIU. It couldn’t have been any closer! We were there for her track meet and it only took us 5 minutes drive each way. Unlike hotels, this rental was so very quiet and peaceful. I will admit that when I walked through the first door to go upstairs to the unit I thought, “what have I done?” but once you climb the industrial looking flight of stairs and enter your private unit, you will be in awe of this lovely old refurbished water treatment plant.We will be visiting ...

„15 minutes from gateway center in Collinsville, IL. Very nice neighborhood with a beautiful lake that is filled with fish, turtles, and ducks that our kids loved. We enjoyed the comfortable beds.“

„This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. “

„This property was perfect. Communication was great with the host prior to arriving. Due to a cancellation from another guest, the host upgraded my reservation to a bigger apartment. I loved the double security being a single female traveler. There was a locked door at the Street level as well as the keypad to get into my apartment. I will definitely choose this property in the future when I travel for work.“

„Excellent place to stay. Very clean, easy, and safe. Only drawback was whoever stayed above us were kind of loud, early in the mornings, but not the owners fault.“

„The vrbo rental was very clean.Bathroom very well stocked with bath linens.The front door to the rental would not stay shut without being locked. Had to use both hands to pull the door to lock the unit. Could hear the neighbors in next rental with closing doors.Otherwise, very nice rental“
