„Check in was quick and easy.
The room was ok. The pool is currently undergoing a renovation. Therefore it wasn't available. Also there is no breakfast in this hotel. They used to have any agreement with two, three restaurants nearby for some discounts. But they are doing it "only" for dinner. Even the coffee dispenser was empty in the morning.“
„The staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Great price for a clean and comfortable stay. I stayed there 4 nights on a property / business trip. I was always happy returning to the room after a hard work day.
Lowes is right behind the hotel. Not really close enough to walk, but the shortest drive. Also a taco bell is near, a dunkin doughnuts is very walkable. All in all, maybe the best hotel choice in Carbondale.“

„I arrived about an hour before check in time hoping to check in early. There was nobody manning the front desk. I waited about 5 minutes, still nobody so I left and came back. When I did finally check in, the staff was very nice and accommodating and check in was easy. Anytime during my stay that I encountered staff they were all awesome.
The rooms looked like they were newly remodeled and were very nice. Everything worked and was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was an ice machine ...
