„Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes.“

„Issue #1: Shortly after we checked in, we learned our toilet was not flushing. My husband used his cell phone to call the front desk... due to the phone in the room not working. We were offered a plunger. Issue #2 : When it came time to shower there was no hot water. During the same conversation about the toilet, the water was brought up. My husband was informed that, the water boiler had to be reset and the maintaince man would not be in till morning. Issue #3: I turned on the shower water ...

„It grows on you. Great location if you want to experience east 6th. Rocking pool with happy hour. Nice restaurant with rooftop bar. Eclectic decor and gift shop. Overall, very fun. Was not disappointed, but half the hotel has hostel style private rooms with shared bath. Gated parking, secure entry. Interesting shops, nice walk to east Austin neighborhoods. Close to downtown and capital of Texas. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Shower shoes provided with robes.“

„Durchschnittliches Hotel. Leider durch die nahe Hauptstraße sehr laut. Beide Fahrstühle waren defekt, also Koffer aus dem 4. Stock runterschleppen, daher Komfort mit Punktabzügen. Typisch amerikanisches Frühstück, also sehr Basic, allerdings frisches Obst. Hotel würden wir nicht nochmal buchen.“
