„The photos are not reflective of the property. It was notionally clean until you look a bit closer…the beds looked like someone slept in them already, furniture was damaged, there’s no table tennis table, the outdoor furniture was filthy, the pool had glass on the paving around it. It was gross. We stayed one night until we could find another place (as Stayz never contacted me to find an alternative place). “

„Just horrid. Despite the nice photos presented for this property, when we arrived we discovered that the house (floors, couch), some of the bedding and kitchen appliances (including the oven, crockery, dishwasher and tea towel) were dirty. The property needs lots of basic maintenance - the range hood and tv didn’t work, shower door, shower head, toilet roll holder and basketball ring were all broken, recycling bin overflowing, drafty windows in the bedrooms. „We recently stayed in this property as a family. It had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was well presented and highly comfortable and the hosts were very informative and provided thorough information. It had all the amenities a normal household would making it a home away from home. I would highly recommend it for any families.“

„We had 3 families needing a place to stay whilst there was a youth regatta at the local sailing club. This house was in a great location where kids (14 - 17 years) could ride their bikes or walk down the beach to the sailing club. The adults could spread out in different areas in the house. The kids enjoyed having their own space with a playstation, couch and bunk beds upstairs. „Booked this accommodation while we were rennovating our house. Close to school and shops. Enough space to park two cars. Good quality heating and cooling. Towels, sheets and linen is good. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough pots, pans, plates and cutlery to easily cater for a family of 4 or more. All appliances work. Washer/dryer combo works well too. Small backyard shared with the granny flat which is rented out separately. Some road noise due to fronting onto lower Dandenong Rd but ...
