„Lovely, well-maintained property with professional, helpful staff. The restaurant is fantastic, and make sure you get a croissant! The only imperfect aspect was the valet parking which took an impossibly long time. I think I might still be waiting in that line...“

„Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.“

„The room did not get cool enough to sleep comfortable. The staff did give me a fan to use to help, but I would have rather not had to bug them about it at 3:00 am. The Continental breakfast was average. No meats. The maintenance on the room was of poor workmanship. The painting around the trim was quite unsightly. Overall, I will probably pick a more updated hotel in the future.“
