Two bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living/dining room, You’d have to find a place for the dining room table and the big glass top coffee table before you can open that couch into a bed, which is quite impossible in the small area. The mirror in the bathroom has black mold around it. The bedrooms are quite noisy with the air conditioner condenser mounted on the wall just outside the window close enough to touch. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, actually way too many. The drawers were cluttered with duplicates. „Loved the view! This is a dated condo but the property is on the beach, easy access to restaurants and state park. Elevator is mildew and moldy. Property management was responsive. We quite enjoyed our stay. Hard to find as the entry is small and relatively hidden by foliage. However, right across from ReMax and that makes it easier to see as one approaches. “
