„Pictures of property misleading - obviously taken a long time ago. Property not kept up“

„Great location and an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay and the condo is very nice overall. My only complaint would be that it was not the cleanest ever. The floor was a bit sandy and it could use a dusting in the ceiling corners. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was also clean. The beach is beautiful here, just a short walk down the boardwalk. There are no other buildings for a good ways to the left side so if you walk down just a bit, it is very quiet and not at all ...

„Overall pros: Great location to the beach, just cross the street and you’re there! The condo is basic but nice for what you need. Theres 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with washer and dryer. Everything was nice and clean. Just being picky cons: There is no tv in one of the rooms and the other tv in the other bedroom doesn’t work with the dish box, it’s very old and dilapidated. „I loved Everything about Island Tower except the elevators they were not working properly. when you pressed the button for the elevator to go up or down the elevator on the opposite side would open so you would have to run to catch the elevator on the opposite side. Other than that everything was perfect the view was amazing.“

„Their was no good access to beach 40and over so much work being done-exterior scaffolding at patios pool closed very noisy equipment and pumps, I wish I was told about the upgrades they never mentioned it to me, but did geta small refund, but had this all been disclosed I would of chosen a different place, I had no option!
