„Sheratons are generally a bit outdated after Marriott bought them. Almost like the afterthought, but this one was pretty good. We travel with dogs so we appreciate them being welcomed. There were a couple of restaurants really close that also accommodated dogs. We walked down the street for ice cream after dinner from the hotel and felt safe. The hotel itself was right on the Ohio River and we had a great view of Louisville. “

„The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and ...

„Love the environment and quietness“

„The hotel room was clean. The bathroom however desperately needs to be renovated, it is simply too old and although it is clean, it appears to be dirty. The rooms do not have a microwave, which should be updated. The personnel is very friendly and I recommend booking a room.“

„The Staff are very friendly, however the hotel has some parts not in the best conditions. I had to chage rooms because of the noise of the central AC. The location is good, but a bit noisy. The CVS by the entrance is very convenient. The cleaning system is good for the environment and sacing costs, but in my case it didn't work as requested.
