„Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. „Amanda was a gracious and lovely host.Her house is a home away from home.The decor is beautiful, she had everything we needed and it was walking distance from a few restaurants,an AMAZING Pie Spot called Susie’s Pie and Coffee Shop(you MUST GO IF YOU BOOK HERE),as well as a supermarket and Wawa.Her backyard was our favorite spot to conjure after our outings.We hope to rebook here again!“

„Stay was amazing, neighbors are loud and dogs bark throughout the night but this place is definitely a hidden gem.. there is a corner store across the top of the street which was convenient but the only downside was that there were indeed flies flying around a bit frequently as well as dead flies on the basement ground other than that this was an amazing stay for me and my family and we’d visit again “
