„Overall was a great place to stay. The handrail going up the stairs was a little loose. And the stairs leading up to the house could use a hand rail for older guest. The place was very nice. A great neighborhood. Host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.“

„Place was clean and convenient to go to Riverbend for a concert. We were traveling with friends and was very disappointed that there were no darts for the dart board and the basketball game was not working- the game room was part of the reason we booked this site.“

„This property was close to the stadiums and options for eating. There is a nice park at the end of the block. We were able to bring out dog which was a plus for our travel and stay.You need to park in the back of the home in the garage if your vehicle fits or on the street. The street was busy/full of parked cars. The home was not the cleanest place we have stayed. „Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.“

When reaching out to the host, we were told that they needed to update me on the issues and they were canceling my stay. „All pictures are accurate! Host replied to me fast both pre & post stay. A/C was on upon arrival so we were thankful for that! Upstairs is noticeably warmer but there are both ceiling fans & a box fan in each bedroom. I recommend this place & would stay again!“

„Just a place to lay your head. Don’t expect any amenities. Bring everything you would need in your own kitchen and bath because nothing is supplied. Not a sponge or a replacement trash bag even. Dirty floors especially the air vents. Be warned the washer and dryer are in an ancient filthy basement. Guess you get what you pay for.“
