„The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room.“

The kitchenette was well appointed, but to be fair the Keurig was the only appliance we used. Communication was thorough and appreciated, but we had no concerns or issues that warranted anything further. Again, all very much appreciated.
