„Walked into a stifling environment temperature wise. Alerted management team at 4:26 p.m. and when we returned at about 10:00 p.m., the attached picture is what the thermostat showed. It was about 4:00 a.m. before the condo cooled down to low 70’s and where we were able to get a couple hours of sleep. So two night stay and the first one was basically a wash. I was also quite concerned that two of the windows were unlocked upon our arriving into the unit.“

„Darling cottage on the Loveland bike trail, just 8 minutes from where we lived for over 30 years! Close to our grandchildren which we were thankful due to a big snow storm and single digit temperatures upon arrival. Even though our grandchildren and dinner were brought to us, the area has many wonderful restaurants and things to do. Thankful we were able to check in a little early since the roads were getting bad! We did encounter a mouse many times the last night we were there! “
