"Overall, the hotel was okay, but it did not meet our expectations. On social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, it looks far more impressive than it actually is. In reality, it feels like a fairly standard hotel with a few visually appealing spots.
Several aspects affected our stay negatively. The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows seemed not properly refreshed, as they had an unpleasant smell. The hotel was also very noisy – you could hear almost everything from neighboring rooms and the corridor.
The air conditioning was constantly loud, and even during the night there were disturbances due to repairs and vacuum cleaning, which is not acceptable for this price range.
We also paid extra for Club access, expecting a quieter and more premium experience. However, there were frequent events and parties in that area, making it loud and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations, and on one occasion we could not even get a table, without any solution offered.
The location was very good, which we appreciated.
Overall, the price-performance ratio did not feel justified, and we would not choose this hotel again."
