„The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. „We enjoyed our weekend stay. We liked being able to walk to the beach as well as a few nearby restaurants. We recommend the 5 min walk to Steamboat Grill as we ate dinner there 2 nights in a row. We travel with our Chorkie and were really glad the owners allow their bungalow to be pet friendly. They also go above on supplying all the extras for a comfortable stay. “

„This place is the best. The owners have it all covered. My wife and I are both red heads and completely forgot umbrellas for the beach. It was so cool to walk on the back porch and find all the beach essentials you need. The entire house is so cozy and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! “

„Pros: Enjoyed the house- comfy bed and living room, great master shower; cooked in most nights without problems. Great location for walking to beach etc.; management was responsive to inquiries. Nice Beachy decor. Cons: house needs some improvements; I mentioned some when I called but we didn’t want to be bothered with repairs while we were there. 1. Dish washer soap dispenser door doesn’t latch 2. No TV instructions, and no Toshiba remote for main TV; had to turn TV on/ off and adjust volume ...

„This little carriage house was clean, fresh, and well appointed with lovely, soft bed linens, coffee, etc. Great price, great neighborhood! We loved our visit to the Blue Mountain / Grayton Beach area. We rented bikes and rode bikes every day of our vacation. This home is very near to 30-A and the walk/bike path. One of our favorite places to bike nearby was Topsail State Park, just down the road a couple of miles. All in all, a great place!“
