It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. “

„The property was amazing - very small and quaint but perfect for small family of four. The small cottage style of this place is adorable. Very clean when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable which was great - often a negative when traveling. Not ideal to have 1.5 bath with shower only but worked out fine.
