Zula Siesta is located on the east side of South Padre Island (beach side) and is a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and attractions. We will send you all our recommendations for things to do and where to eat after you book.

You have the entire house. This is a vacation rental

We are pet friendly! Well behaved pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee (per pet). If you plan to bring more than 5, contact us. Our backyard is completely fenced with a privacy fence and gates.

Private fully fenced yard with a large optionally heated Pool & Hot Tub, gas grill (propane included), hammock, loungers, picnic tables

The Private Pool & Spa can be heated with additional fee (optional) It is $50/night or hot tub only for $35/night (Full stay only)

Parking:
Can fit 5-6 cars on our driveway. Free additional parking on the street.

Kitchen & Dining
Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven & range (electric), dishwasher, coffee pot (dual for both drip & K-pods), blender, toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker, pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, and much more. Perfect to prepare yummy meals.

The living room is open to the kitchen & dining. Large sectional sofa, 75” Smart TV and sound system.

If you are bringing a pet we ask that:
No pets inside the pool. No pets on beds & furniture. Pick up after your pet.

Large fenced yard with ample covered space under the house. The fenced area is accessed through a gate under the house. no direct access from within the house.

Beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart (wagon) provided.

Young guests:
We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require a $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. If all guests are under 21, alcohol is not allowed on the property.

Check in:
We will send you the smart lock door code on the day of your arrival as soon as the house is ready.

House will be ready by 5pm on your check in date. We always try to have the house ready as soon as we can, however we can’t guarantee early check-in in advance. It’s best to check back with us the night before.

Check out time is 10am.

Security:
For your security and ours, we have Ring cameras on the front door, parking area and pool equipment. Cameras will record video and sound when detecting movement.

Cancellations:
Please note, the cancellation policy applies for any unforeseen circumstances including illness, death, weather and other travel related issues. We recommend all our guests to purchase travel insurance for their peace of mind.

About us:
We are the Weinstein Family and we own & manage all our seven Zula Beach Vacation Homes in Destin Florida and South Padre Island Texas. We completely renovated this property top to bottom when we bought it in 2021. Our beach houses are not just an investment for us. We love buying, renovating, and hosting guests in our properties! The beach is our happy place and we are happy to have you as our guests in our favorite locations - South Padre Island & Destin. We put our hearts and souls into this house to make it beautiful, comfortable and fun for every group any time of the year. We are sure you, your family, and friends (even those 4 legged ones) will have a perfect beach vacation with us!

You can walk or bike safely in the neighborhood. Free public transportation shuttle throughout the island. Car is recommended. You can also rent a street legal golf cart that is great to get around the area and to the beach.

Optional pool & spa heating:
Pool & spa can be heated per your request with additional fee: Pool & spa heating is $50/night or spa only heating is $35/night (full stay only).

Pets are welcome:
Well behaved Pets are welcome with a $150/per pet pet fee (6 pets max)

We welcome any group of responsible guests however if the majority adult guests are under 25 we require a $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property.

No parties or events allowed on the property. Max occupancy is 16 people at any given time.
The City has quiet hours strictly enforced 10pm-7am
