„It was our first time staying at Saida Towers and it did not disappoint. We got the bottom floor (parent safety) and it was awesome to step outside and have the pool so close and beach access to. The parking was a little scarce it was 4th of July weekend. Check in was easy, rooms very clean very well maintained. The beach access is amazing, there is 2 great sized pools, not to mentioned its heated water pools. The Beach Waterpark is probably 2 blocks away. Hands down one of the best places ever ...

„stayed for a beach weekend with my family and loved it!! super close to everything in SPI + the beach access was so convenient. the balcony and main room view to the beach was amazing too. the condo building from outside is a bit rundown and not the best to be honest (along with the elevators), but inside the unit was perfect. will definitely stay here again!“

„ This was our fifth time visiting SPI and our first time staying at this condo. The was our favorite so far and I am hoping if we come back next year to book this same place. The view was beautiful, I love how it overlooked one of the pools and ocean. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was conveniently located in the complex. The beds were comfortable as was the sectional and I actually slept on it a few of the nights. The kitchen has all the pans, utensils, etc we needed and ...

„Loved the condo, the view, and the simple check in and check out. The 2 elevators were not working and being on the 11th floor made for an extremely long climb up the stairs after a long day at a the beach and huge dinner. One day only one elevator was working making it crowded and very busy. When we stayed in this building last fall we had the same issue. It was so difficult this time we may not return to this building unless new elevators are installed. Climbing 11 flights of stairs is ...

„Unit was very clean and well appointed with all the extras. The sofa was very uncomfortable. We couldn’t use the balcony as the slider door was broken. We would definitely rent again at this property but we would need a ground floor unit. The stairs were hard at our age. All in all a nice little place. “
