Rent bikes at Beach Bikes on Padre to cruise the neighborhood, or drive up to the South Padre Island Farmer's Market to sample the island's artisan and farm-fresh goods. Enjoy a fun outing for the whole family at Isla Blanca Waterpark, just a short drive home. Or, explore the island on horseback at the South Padre Island Adventure Park, just under 10 miles from home.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
This property is in a strict HOA presence. They require guests to be 25 years of age and must inhabit a rented unit. You are NOT allowed to have guests during Spring Break or Easter Holiday (Semana Santa). From Memorial Day to Labor Day, all guests are required to purchase and wear a La Solana wristband for $5.00

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Dock details: Guests may access the boat slip and dock, which is 34-feet by 9-feet. Only bay boats are allowed; no offshore boars. The water depth rangers from one to five feet and no extra equipment is provided. There is also a shared fishing pier with a fish cleaning station.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
