ABOUT THE HOME

The sleek kitchen opens to the living room and features granite countertops. Four bar stools make a nice spot to perch and chat with the chef. Gather for meals at the dining table with seating for six.

After dinner, unwind in the living room on the sofa, love seat, and leather chair. Play your favorite tunes on the stereo and reminisce about of another day in the sun. Or settle in for a movie on the 54” flat-screen TV.

Retire to your master bedroom, which features a king bed and 30” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a granite vanity and a walk-in shower.

The guest room on the opposite end of the condo has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a 20” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Extras for this home include complimentary Wi-Fi and an extra rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located onsite. Guests can park one car in the covered spots or exterior lot; additional street parking is available.

Condo is good, Vacasa not so much

Had a very hard time getting in the condo with the code and instructions given. Finally had to use the hard key which we had to carry everywhere with us. They tell you to turn the bolt to get in - there is not bolt. Vacasa needs to be more aware of their homes. The condo was great. Good location, had everything you would need, quiet, steps from the beach. My 4 star rating was only due to Vacasa. I can recommend the condo if they fix the check in process.

Great location - Basic amenities

The condo was in a great location - right on the beach, walking distance to main drag (including an ice cream shop, restaurant, and tee-shirt shop) , and next to a small but cute butterfly park. The beds were comfortable and the showers looked recently remodeled. It was not close to the elevator so no noise from folks coming and going. The condo was clean, but a bit outdated. The closet doors were quite rusted and did not open easily as an example. The kitchen was a bit disappointing as it lacked basic items usually found in a VRBO home such as salt, pepper, sugar; sufficient silverware (there were only 3 forks and 1 spoon, for example), strainer, and storage bags and containers. Only two dishtowels were provided although there was a new sponge and dish soap. Overall, I would consider this a good budget beach option for 2-5 people especially if you brought the kitchen items you needed.

Nice property overall

Great views and comfortable stay. Easy beach, pool and hot tub access. Clean. Had issues with code on door not working but got it worked out with Vacasa. Needs a new microwave and a master bath door. Otherwise a nice rental!

Vacation

Positive was location to the beach and restaurants, pool and social area were very clean, ease of loading and unloading luggage with the provided carts. Some negatives were lack of vehicle registration with the office (ours got towed because the pass fell behind sun shade), guest shower had no water pressure, zero shade by grill area, clothes dryer on 5th floor didn’t work.

Family vacation

Has an amazing view of the beach and easy access to the water. Very clean and enough room for everyone to spread out and have a relaxing time. The apartment doesn’t have its own washer and dryer and the coin op machines are expensive to use and not all of them worked. The water pressure in the showers was a little on the low side. Other than that we had an amazing time with the family and a great vacation very laid back.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The condo is just feet from the beach. The porch has a great overlook toward the Gulf. There was construction activity, but we were already aware. It will be extra nice when the final improvements are made. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent. Bring beach towels. Communication was easy when needed.

Two bad issues.

1. My vehicle was towed within 2 hours of our arrival. We arrived and checked in at 11pm and did not go back down to vehicle to place the parking tag assuming it would be ok until morning, The parking area was not crowded. At 1am, vehicle was towed. It cost me about $280 to retrieve our vehicle and was a hassle to wake up to. I think the policy should prevent such circumstances and/or communicate this risk more clearly. 2. Although a beachfront condo, the beach facing balcony was not accessible due to construction. I do not recall seeing that was communicated prior to booking, although the mgmt company (Vacasa) says it was. The only communication I received from Vacasa was via text messages.

Construction Work

We were notified, only after our 2nd and final deposit was taken, that there was construction work to be done on our unit during out stay. We called Vacasa about exchanging units but were told that there was nothing they would do. We had to endure drilling and work crews our entire stay at the beach. Totally unacceptable. We will look for rental agents other than Vacasa in the future and will tell our friends to do the same.
