The Space:
Simply can't do much nicer beachfront in such a wonderful, walkable location beachfront. The condos at Bahia Mar are oversized over 1100 square feet to spread out. Unit 426
The "new" Bahia Mar / Solare has completely redone grounds & landscaping, 2 killer pools, tennis courts, and a kids playground
This 2 bedroom ground floor condo is freshly remodeled with all tile floors. big patio door out to huge patio that overlooks main pool off beach and has partial ocean views through just gigantic windows. The bedrooms are nearly identical.
Has very large amount of actual sleeping space for families with 3 queen beds and 1 Trundle bed, a pull out couch, and a provided airbed. Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using pull out or airbed. y
Unit 426 is about a 50 yard walk to the water. It does have some renovations, bright.& airy, 100% all new paint inside, new comforters, etc. but it does have its flaws and is not brand new inside FYI.
The City of South Padre on its last beach reclamation added about 50 yards out new sand/extra beach between Clayton's Beach Bar & the Bahia Mar. Now on the widest part of the beach on the Island!
Walk to Clayton's, the new Bar Louie at the Marriott, or On the Border cantina at the HIlton. This complex is BYOB friendly which saves you $ but no glass. Beach on the Island is open container legal too as long as no glass. Make a margarita and enjoy the patio & bring to the pool or beach.
The stackable washer & dryer in this condo are super nice with swim trunks or clean clothes before you leave.
One of the beds counted by airbnb is an airbed we provide with pump. Please bring bedding if you plan on using
We do offer contactless check in with a coded lock that is reset for every guest so no keys to lose & better safety. You can also check in at our office at South Padre Trips, 2600 Padre Blvd, south padre island, Texas.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

Please note...airbnb counts a couch and a full sized airbed as "beds" - in reality, there are 2 queen beds in each bedroom, a large sectional couch, as well as a full sized airbed we provide for extra sleeping space for 6 comfortably though we do allow 8 people. Max 6 adults and 2 kids though you may reduce adults and add kids

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional
Again, important to read all house rules PRIOR to booking ask questions not after. We have a STRICT cancel policy o this property and do not offer refunds for cancels as it is always booked.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to our private ground floor beachfront condo, featuring a spacious patio that offers partial ocean views and overlooks the pool area. Inside, you have a private living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Beyond the condo, guests enjoy full access to the resort grounds, which include two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a children playground. Two dedicated parking spots are provided for your convenience, and the beach is just a short walk away.
The Neighborhood:
Our condo is perfectly positioned on South Padre Island, offering you the ultimate beachfront experience. You are just a short walk away from the widest part of the beach, where you can enjoy the sun and sand at your leisure. When it comes to dining and entertainment, you have excellent options within walking distance, including the famous Claytons Beach Bar, the Bar Louie at the Marriott, and the On the Border cantina at the Hilton. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable and provides a relaxed coastal atmosphere that is ideal for family vacations. Because the local beach allows open containers, you can easily prepare your favorite drinks and enjoy them from the comfort of our patio or directly on the sand.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our beachfront location. We provide two dedicated off street parking spots for your convenience. Please note that a golf cart is considered a vehicle and counts toward your parking limit. If you need additional parking, free options are available at the intermodal bus station, the local post office, or along Gulf Boulevard. While the area is highly walkable for dining and beach access, having a vehicle is recommended for exploring the wider island. The Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the primary hub for air travel to the region.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and provide a copy of their photo identification along with a signed rental agreement prior to arrival. Check in begins at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. We offer contactless entry with a code provided on the day of your arrival. Please be aware that infants count toward the maximum occupancy limit. Pets are not permitted at this property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 pm and 9 am. Guests are responsible for basic cleanup upon departure, including placing dishes in the dishwasher and taking trash to the dumpster. Please note that while we provide high speed internet, connectivity can occasionally be limited due to local service providers. During March, guests between the ages of 10 and 35 are required to wear HOA mandatory wristbands. Please contact us before booking if you have any questions regarding these policies.
Interaction with Guests:
We offer a seamless and independent arrival experience through our contactless check in process. You will receive your personalized door access code on the day of your arrival, typically by three in the afternoon. While your stay is designed to be private and self sufficient, our professional management team is based locally at our office on Padre Boulevard. We are available to assist you seven days a week from nine in the morning until five in the evening. For any questions or support needs during these hours, please reach out through the messaging platform provided by this booking service, as we prioritize these messages to ensure timely responses.
