For the price, we enjoyed our stay here. Loved that there was plenty of space and bedrooms for our whole family. 2 issues, first, there was a bloody towel left behind in our bathroom. We called the first day, they took a report, but it was never removed the entire trip (I did use another towel to move it outside so they could get it, but it sat there all week). Two (minor), we only used like 3 dishes, which included two pots. They had not been cleaned well by the last renters, so I had to scrub food and red sauce off (quite a bit). Not the owners fault, just felt gross to eat out of. An FYI for the next renter: the welcome packet says they get you started with basic toiletries (tp, paper towels, shampoo, etc), but one or two of each isn’t enough to get us through 5 days, so we did have to go shopping for basic items. In all fairness, on day 4 we found a different paper tucked away behind a bowl in the kitchen that stated we could pick up more items at the management place, but by that time we had already bought more stuff. Overall, the complex as a whole is wonderful. Great pools, great location, great beach access, easy to access the property. You have views of the bay side and o my about a 5 minute walk through the property to the beach. We loved the decor the owner has used to make it feel beachy. It felt very clean when we walked in. I would stay here again.
