The host was very an accommodating. We loved the little extras in the place. The pool was heated and cleaned during our stay. Since it was colder than expected we enjoyed the multiple channels on tv.

Our stay was PERFECT! This place is very modern and clean. It is literally right across the street from beach access. We walked to several restaurants and stores also. All the extras such as beach chairs, rolling cooler, washer/dryer, and bathroom amenities were much appreciated. This is just a FANTASTIC place to stay.

July Trip

The inside of the Condo was exceptional. Very clean an very well furnished. The inside of the Condo was exactly as advertised and pictured. The inside of the Condo along with the furnishings and the beach supplies were 5 stars out of 5 stars. The view from the Condo, however was not exactly as described. There was no beach view from the Condo. The view out of the front was of the street and the other Condos across the street. The view out the back was of an alley and the other buildings across from the alley. The swimming pool was in need of some repair and it was filthy. It was dirty when we arrived and was not cleaned the entire time we were there. The pool was un useable. The building in which the Condo is located is not ADA compliant. There was no way to get into or out of the Condo without going up a set of steps. This made it difficult to get the beach wagon and equipment into and out of the Condo. It also made it difficult for one of our party get into and out of the Condo. Again, the inside of the Condo was exceptional, but the pool and the location were a negative.

Wonderful place

This place is extremely clean and beautiful furnished and decorated.They have thought of every little thing for convenience of your stay. It is super close walk to the beach. Good area close to everything. Absolutely would return anytime in the area.

Can Not Say Enough Good Things About This Place

We can not say enough good things about this place. First of all, the location is amazing! Literally you can walk across to the beach. The condo is spacious and beautiful and does not lack a thing! It was fully stocked of everything you could think of. I love the fact it had a washer and dryer. There’s a wagon, cooler, and chairs you can use to pull it to the beach. The place was spotless and gorgeous. Exactly as pictured. Pool is on the smaller side but great alternative to beach. Parking was great. Grocery store close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with short walk to beach

This was a great property that was very close to the beach and very near lots of restaurants and shopping. Pros- kitchen very well stocked - spices, pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. The property provided beach towels and a wagon for our use. This was super helpful to haul all our gear to the beach. The owner was very responsive, which was nice. Some things to consider- one of the bedrooms is located near the road. The noise of people driving by blaring their music (at least on Saturday night) is very loud. So bring a noise machine or some ear plugs or be prepared to party and stay up late. :) The trash cans are very small (think the ones under your desk in the office). We were only provided with 2 trash bags and we filled those up pretty quickly and had to buy more. So consider bringing some trash bags with you. You might also bring some toilet paper with you. There is a washer and dryer, but they are small - you can fit about 4 regular bath towels. So plan on some extra soap or pods if you use those. Lastly, neither room has a dresser or closet so plan to live out of your suitcase. Not a deal breaker, but a little annoying. Again, it’s a great property and we would definitely come back. We would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful place!

Every year we stay for a week at SPI and this is the best and cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed at in years. Loved the clean and fresh decor, loved the details of leaving little extras in the bathrooms and kitchen, and especially loved the smart TVs when we were tired from days at the beach. We will definitely be back and only reserve here if it’s available I hope!! Thank you so much for being such great hosts! Great location and excellent parking spots!!

The Perfect Weekend Getaway

This rental was by far one of our favorite weekend beach bungalows to date! Check in was a breeze and the location was great. The property was clean and just as described in the listing. Beautiful Stay in a Wonderful Place

We are very glad that we chose this lovely home for our South Padre Island trip! This condominium is one of the cleanest places we have ever stated. It also has a dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. It is compact (great for the two of us) and very well-appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking, a fabulous refrigerator, comfortable beds, lovely showers, a wonderful beach trolley with beach towels and chairs we could use, luxurious bath towels, magnifying makeup mirrors, quiet and useful ceiling fans, and a small but lovely patio. The pool was clean and heated to 88 or 90 degrees in February, which was delightful. Kay was great about communication. The location is two very short blocks from a beach entrance, and the beaches the nicest smooth walking beaches we have enjoyed--clean, safe, and uncrowded at this time of year. We highly recommend Kay, her cleaners, the location, and this VRBO!

We brought my parents down for their first trip to Padre. This is the cutest condo with an amazing host and great communication. My husband and I are coming back down in two weeks for another trip and unfortunately this is gem is not available. We will be watching for an opening!

Perfect vacation rental.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owners did an excellent job making this a beautiful rental property. The location was perfect. We will definitely go back to South Padre and stay here again. A wonderful vacation and rental property.

Happy 60th Brother

The place was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was decorated beautifully. Very well planned and incredible updated technology. Will definitely stay here over the summer next year. Two sisters have homes in the island. Very close to condo one on Esperanza and the other sister on constellation. Very close to their homes.
