„Nice and convenient.“

„When walking into the hotel it smells nice and looked clean. When getting to the room we noticed the shower curtain was molded and dingy. I had to stop by the front desk or call for towels and wash cloths every night becausethe room didn't get cleaned . We never received the correct amount we asked for. On night 5 the room still had not been cleaned even after talking to the guy at the front desk the night before.
