„The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. “

„Started a little rough with check in, but John handled quickly and professionally!! Stay was great!!! Quiet inside, but a little noisy outside due to downtown night life!!!! Overall, will definitely stay again if in the downtown Indy area!!!!“

„Very nice property with great amenities. To note, however, one kitchen stool is missing two leg caps which made the chair unusable as it was wobbly. Also the chairs needed the screws to be tightened on them.Also it would have been good if we got the pictures for how to check in a day before with a note advising that the check-in codes would be sent at the time of check-in.“

„EXCELLENT, top marks on all fronts. We were in town to catch a Colts game and do some golfing. The location is prime downtown, easy walking to football or basketball, restaurants, bars, etc. Even the layout of the property was ideal for 2 or 4 with a large common area, 2 bedrooms with ensuites. Very clean with amenities provided. I would highly recommend the property.“

„Impeccable arrival instructions, extremely responsive host, && fabulous walkable location!!! Feed your parking meter!! (cheaper than the garage but the meter maids will ticket you if you’re not on top of it) Be prepared for the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of downtown directly above a bar with a smooth jazz band. „Wow, what an excellent place to stay in Indy! It is close to most places that we wished to visit. The area is very lively and walkable. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. There was an ample supply of clean towels, soap etc. Washer/dryer/dishwasher came in real handy. The beds were nice and firm. The place was also kid friendly.
