Hotel is well located, close to the underground train system and Busses, not far from the Airport and the central city.

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Short walk to Hyde Park and Central Line tube station. Masses of local eateries.

We purposely upgraded to the deluxe room category ( the hotel’s middle tier) and were disappointed with the quality of the room ( appointments, noisy between the floors, poor air circulation). The deluxe is more of a “ standard”. However, we were only in the room a few hours as there was an issue with the bathroom, which the hotel’s manager and night desk staff dealt with in a very professional fashion. The hotel then upgraded us to a different room ( a junior suite) which was much more in keeping with our expectations. The breakfast was good value and a good variety. The front desk staff (day staff) seemed untrained and overall unhelpful. The night staff were excellent. The hotel is very conveniently located to Victoria Station and tube, the theatre, and Buckingham palace. It is in a lovely neighborhood. Worth staying at, but upgrade to the highest level of offering.

Very nice and well managed hotel in a good location. We booked a double room and were surprised to have a room with a very narrow double bed: too small for 2 people. We had to pay GBP50 per night (a discounted rate we were told) to upgrade to a room with a queen size bed and were not offered a free upgrade.

Quick, effivient check in. Staff polite and helpful. Good sized room, ample facilities and very clean. Varied choice for breakfast to suit all tastes.
