„The room was really big, but we had unpleasant smell of humidity in our room. In general the pictures in the hotel site surpassed the actual rooms. The employees were really friendly.“

„Not clean and old.“

„The property was in a quiet location near to the town and shops. Good choice of restaurants and eateries nearby. Very clean and comfortable place. Good beds. All the amenities you would require for self-catering. Very enjoyable stay. Would use this place again.“

„Such a nice place! So well kept and such a good location on the square. Amazing restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was incredible. Service was amazing and the gentleman checking us in was hilarious and welcoming! Would advise anyone visiting Hburgh to stay here!“

„So it was the cheapest hotel in and around Glasgow so we booked it. It advertised check in from 1400 onwards, and didnt say there was a time you couldnt check in afterwards with that. We had a day out, train was due back into Glasgow at 2143, got back around 2200, got a train to Hamilton West, walked to hotel, got there around 11, and we saw it was locked with no way in. We then scoured the email that we got, only to see in the wall of text that max check in was 9pm, which in my opinion should ...

„It was in the middle of renovation (in high season) the reception was a mess, in my room the floor was not cleaned properly and it was missing a light bulb in one light, the main light switch was well concealed behind a curtain behind the wardrobe and took some finding. Access to my room was from a path open to the street and the means of locking it unfamiliar so the first day I had to leave it open. When I eventually saw the helpful room service lady, who was there for three hours every day so ...
