„This property was terrible. I reserved a room for 3 nights and when I got there they had given my room to someone else and basically left me homeless for a couple of hours in the Bronx NY carrying a bag with me. I'll never rent from them again. Wish i could give them a worse rating. “

„My daughter and I came into town for a couple of Yankees games. Saturday we went into Rimes Square. My husband (her father) died in February 2024 and we needed a couple of days away from home just to recharge. Our hotel provided a home feeling in a hotel room. Thank you so much!!!“

„Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights.“

„Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'.
