„Very clean! Has everything you could possibly need for cooking. The kitchen is definitely the place to gather. The only inconvenience I found was having to take the trash to the transfer station which is not open on a Sunday, (our check out day) I had to bring it home with me, fortunately I live n the area! “

House could use some more TV's if you're going with children, pinball machines did not work and neither did "workout equipment" which was an elliptical and treadmill. „Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. “

„Every thing was great. The beds were comfortable, and lots of comfortable chairs to set in as you enjoy an absolutely wonderful view. Communication with the host was quick and easy. „Great location, very easy to get to harbor, and a great view. Check-in was easy, not having to keep a key on you was also nice. The house was very cozy, perfect for doing puzzles or drinking coffee in the morning. Lots of appliances and home goods to make it easy to cook, iron clothes, hang stuff, etc. Overall we would definitely stay again!“

„Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. „This is our second stay at Wendy and Jim’s place. Once again it didn’t disappoint. The place is beautiful, quiet, and has everything you need. We enjoyed as much time by the water as we could taking in the Eagles, loons and the occasional seagull communal bath!!
