A beautiful, very clean home that was very comfortable to stay in. Close to Boothbay Harbor and large grocery store, but quiet and secluded. Wonderful place to stay to enjoy our time in the area.

Great place to stay! I stayed with my elderly parents and it was perfect! The air/heat units in separate rooms allowed them to keep the temperature warmer while my room was cooler. Clean a spacious, easy to get to attractions. Grocery was close as well. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Close enough to BoothBay Harbour and Botanical Gardens but private and quiet get away. Very comfortable! Spacious, good appliances and bedding. I would guess very new. Loved it!

This was the second time we rented this property. The house is exactly how it is described and shown in the photos. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and had everything needed. Excellent water pressure and the R/O water filter is an added benefit. Beds were very comfortable and the large windows allowed for lots of light. Yard is well maintained and nicely landscaped. Jeanne was quick to respond to any questions and proactively communicated. Great location - away from the crowds, but only a 10 minute drive to downtown Boothbay Harbor. We would absolutely stay here again!

The home was clean, roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to the locations we were there for and other than being a little tricky to find (waze was very confused), it was perfect. We did have to reach out for the lock code at check in time but otherwise, we couldnt have asked for a nicer place and location.

Property is beautiful, fairly new and very well appointed. The unit was very nice, was hoping to be able to check in before 4, as we had all of our luggage with us and didn't want to go into town with it still in vehicle but Host stated unit was ready until a little after 3, this Host doesn't send out door code until unit is available. (Previous unit in Bar Harbor, we were sent info. 3 days in advance) There was hair products and bath soap provided, In the kitchen, there were some misc. kitchen items, perhaps left by previous renters. There was also a few pods of coffee. Additionally, there was also a very nice fire pit with chairs that we didn't use but would have definitely enjoyed, had we had more. Was very impressed that there was starter wood and a pile wood for fire pit. Not being negative but there are two things we did notice worth of mentioning, the ice maker is very, very slow so I would recommend picking up some to have on hand (there was only 4 of us, so not like we were using copious amounts). The other is, the unit could use a few more sets of towels. We would definitely rent again.

Looking for a nice 2/2 in Boothbay area for a weeks stay at a reasonable rate and was not disappointed. Off main road with tree view. New, clean, and spacious. Would stay again.

We loved our stay here! What I loved most was the common area with the large sectional and seating area. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out! We used the kitchen for all meals and it was adequately stocked with everything we needed for cookware and utensils. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood and easy drive to the harbor. The only thing I would suggest to make it a better stay is more towels and adequate bedding for the pullout couch. We made due with what was there.We would easily choose this place again.

Grandparents delight!

We stayed at the wonderful house with our grandchildren. It had the most comfy couch for reading . Which is our favorite thing to do! Our other favorite thing is eating and the kitchen did not disappoint! Lastly we had great beds which is the cherry on top! Thanks again for the.use of that wonderful house

This is a lovely, updated, modern unit with everything you need to enjoy your Boothbay stay. Clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, lots of seating, and modern appliances. The coffee pods and toiletries were nice extras. The view is into the surrounding wooded area, very peaceful and quiet at night. It is just a couple miles from a grocery store and the harbor area. The unit is exactly as pictured. Would highly recommend the Ocean Point Inn for lunch or dinner with a view of the sea and the Cabbage Island Lobster picnic.
