Finde Souter Point Lighthouse Hotels

„Shower drain blocked and reported from day 1. And no one comes to get it fixed nor provide any solution. Staff are great and try to help. But if the office or owner of the apartment are not responding, then staff can’t do much. Location is beautiful .“

„Alles Gute“

„We haven’t received the complete instructions to open the front door. The help line was busy for about 20 min, however was sorted out fast.“

„First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got. ...

„Room was good size and clean Use of the pool was good“

„I had a great time from the very beginning. Stephen and Neil were lovely and taking great care and my room had a perfect view. For breakfast I can highly recommend the Large Scotch Pancake, sooo lovely!! When you are new in Tynemouth listen carefully to Stephens advices for good food and great bars. When I had to return home, the Metro broke down because of snow. I phoned Stephen in order to ask him for help to get a Taxi, but everyone at the coast tried to get one, so I had no chance. „Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. “

„When in Sunderland, this is my place to stay. “

„A very quirky clean boutique hotel with fantastic sea view. I would highly recommend it“
