Villa Lucinda is located only 10 minutes drive from Sorrento town, where you can find a multitude of restaurants, bars, shops and more. The nearest shops and restaurants though, can be found in the village of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, only 5 minutes drive away. Roof terrace panoramas, contemporary design and stunning views towards the sea and Mount Vesuvius is what you can expect at this beautiful property.

It is highly recommended to have a car for this property (please keep in mind that a small car is recommended, SUVs will not fit on the streets around the house).

Extending over 90m² on one floor, the interiors are bright with elegant, pale furnishings set off by a dark wood-finish floor. In the open-plan living room, comfortable sofas guarantee a relaxing space to watch TV. The room has a dining table, a piano and a breakfast bar. The separate kitchen room has magnificent views over the sea and Mount Vesuvius.

These include a private swimming pool (2.20 x 2.20 m, depth 55 cm; available from April 1st to October 31st) with air bubble whirlpool system, a terrace with a hammock, and a separate covered dining area, with retractable floor-to-ceiling windows, which provides a welcome space for meals at any time of the year.
