Everyone enjoyed the hot tub There was a great choice of activities, we fitted in catacanoe and paddle boarding along with leisurely strolls. We hope to return next year for a little longer“

„Great property - plenty of space, clean, overlooking a lake. Fantastic communication from the hosts...we had a small issue with water - they were on it straight away. Only small gripe was about the estate facilities... restaurant and bar closed in Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm (I think). „This accommodation met all our requirements and more. The view from the garden across the lake was stunning. All the rooms were decorated to a high standard, the lounge area was large enough for us all to relax together and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub and bbq were great to use after a lovely day exploring. There are so many beautiful walks around the vicinity and Burton on the water isn't far. „Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.“

„The accommodation is nice and in a lovely spot but after staying in many places at lower mill it would benefit from upgradjng some things, having 2 baths and only a shower downstairs doesnt make sense and makes showering a juggle, it needs new mattresses and the pontoon needs some tidying up as its not useable for access. The accommodation is in a perfect spot and was very clean. We had a great holiday.“

„The Cotswold Water Park is our favourite place to spend time with our family and this year we were able to spend the whole week out and about. The family of seven stayed in Damsel Cottage and we, the grandparents had a smaller house, Trout Cottage, just a few houses up the road. No-one had any complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect including the weather, if a little hot during the day!“
