„The staff at the hotel is friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with a view of the mountains. Food is good though breakfast is severely limited. I find the hotel is over priced considering their are plenty more hotels in Manali which offer better services and rooms. If you book in advance you will be able to find more price worthy options. “

„Worst hotel ever! Paid 6K for deluxe room which isn’t spacious enough even for 2 people. Every member of their staff has their own version of information so it depends on your luck if you get the services at the least. And do check the amount they have invoiced you at the time of checkout as I said; nobody here is aware of anything so do yourself a favour and check each and everything they have billed you. Won’t recommend at all. “

„The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless“

„My family had a wonderful vacation stay at the Orchard Greens. The rooms were comfortable and most services were a phone call away. Excellent room service and good housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was well prepared and had enough variety for all family members. Kids loved playing in the kiddie park and lawn upfront. Most Manali locations were easily walkable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and it is perfect for anyone going with kids and grandparents to Manali. “

„Comfortable room, not a one minute walk to mall road. Room had no heating making it a bit cold in winter. Fantastic choice at breakfast. I was lucky to have a balcony however the taxi drivers use the road the balcony overlooked as an urinal.“

„We had horrible experience overall staying at this hotel. Cons: - The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly. - Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather. - The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. „Loved my short stay at the property. Everyone was warm and welcoming; and informative about the places nearby which really helped me in exploring nearby attractions. The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. Until then, goodbye and thanks to the team for being so hospitable and for keeping us travellers warm on chilly nights with the late evening bonfires.“
